ABOUT THE SYSTEM

Westcoat ALX Pro is a reinforced plywood deck waterproofing system for balconies, roof decks, and other exterior walking surfaces. Designed for heavy foot traffic, it combines a fiberlath-reinforced waterproof membrane with polymer-modified cement coatings and SC-10 Acrylic Topcoat. The system creates a durable, decorative surface with the look and feel of concrete.

For added protection, WP-40 Sheet Membrane reinforces plywood seams and provides secondary waterproofing and anti-fracture protection, particularly when installed in full sheets across the deck. WP-30 Glass Lath offers a rust-free alternative to metal lath, especially in coastal environments. WP Wrap reinforces vulnerable flashing details, helping protect metal components and extend their service life.

ALX Pro is IAPMO-evaluated (ER-587), offers Class A and one-hour fire-rated assemblies, and has an optional 20-year warranty.
