SC-10 Solar Reflective Topcoat: Performance You Can Count On

Our SC-10 Solar Reflective Topcoat is formulated with infrared-reflective pigments to reflect heat and reduce surface temperatures. Dry to the touch in just 4–6 hours (at 70°F), it allows light foot traffic shortly after application and cures fully in just a few days.

Installation Dry Times:

• Light pedestrian traffic: 4–6 hours
• Heavy traffic: 24 hours
• Placement of heavy objects: 48 hours
• Vehicular traffic: 72 hours
