Victoria Dreher

Victoria brings over nine years of dedicated experience with the company, having started in Customer Service and progressively grown into her current role. Originally from Orange County, she lived across Southern California, Maryland, and Arizona before settling in San Diego in 2010. Her background in retail management provided a strong foundation in customer service and team support, which she has further built upon at Westcoat. Using her skills in process management, training, and a customer-first approach, Victoria is passionate about supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth experience for customers. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and young kids, enjoying San Diego’s beaches, zoo, tacos, and cheering on the Padres.
