Miguel brings nearly 40 years of expertise in manufacturing, R&D, regulatory compliance, and quality control. With a diverse background that spans Portugal, Brazil, and various U.S. states, Miguel’s developed broad outlook enriches his approach to leadership. His Mechanical Engineering foundation has fueled his work in optimizing efficiency and fostering innovation. Previously, he played a key role in managing operations at an aerosol manufacturing plant, further honing his skills in quality control and team leadership and earning him his current role at Westcoat. Miguel is dedicated to building efficient and scalable processes, leveraging his extensive technical and management skills. Outside of work, he’s passionate about outdoor activities, automotive interests, and is deeply committed to family, lifelong learning, and helping others.
