Bill England

Bill England has represented Westcoat since 2017, with 35+ years of hands-on experience in the coatings and waterproofing industry. He started in the industry in 1991 with a large Southern California waterproofing applicator as a general apprentice working his way up through the trade and mastering the technical skills before later moving into sales.

In his time with Westcoat, Bill has used his contracting background and firsthand field experience to speak the same language as the applicators and contractors he works with every day. He proves himself a trusted resource, helping them navigate specs, choose the right system for the project at hand, and troubleshoot when needed. His depth of experience gives him the perspective to guide projects and clients with confidence at every stage.

Outside of work, Bill is dedicated to his family and loves spending time outdoors. When he’s not putting in the hours it takes to take care of his customers, you’ll find him cruising around in his Bronco or out on the golf course.
