Brand new LENNAR housing developments are being built around Las Vegas. These communities vary in size and style but all were in need of a waterproof decking system.

The general contractor wanted the most durable waterproof deck system and after talking with one of our distributor reps about his options he chose ALX.

Cooper Roofing was hired to install ALX on the 500+ decks this year alone. New construction involves working with other trades throughout the process and Cooper Roofing is well versed in orchestrating the roof and deck coating systems.

ALX was installed in a standard knockdown texture finish with SC-10 acrylic topcoat. Crickets were installed between all scuppers for proper drainage to prevent any puddling.
This project will continue for many more months and the decks are sure to protect the homes for years to come.
