Texture Coat Interior for Modern Las Vegas Home

This home needed a smooth custom finish in its common areas and TC Interior provided the solution. Westcoat rep Marc Di Zinno helped the Mike at Vegas Hardscapes come up with a look that would work for the new spaces design.
TC-4 Fine Texture Cement was applied as the base in preparation for the second base coat of TC-2 Smooth Texture Cement. A modified blend of TC-2 Smooth Texture Cement and TC-0 Micro Cement was applied with an integral color, TC-40 Liquid Colorant in Smoke.
To seal it all in, SC-65 WB Gloss Polyurethane was applied followed by SC-65 Semi Gloss WB Stain Polyurethane Sealer. The result is a gorgeous and durable living room floor that this family can enjoy for decades.
