Wade Hilderbrand

Wade grew up in Portland, Oregon and brings 25 years of leadership experience from the military and defense sector to his role at Westcoat. He retired from the U.S. Navy in July 2025 after 24 years of distinguished service as a Special Operations Officer, leading high-performing teams and delivering operational results in complex environments. Following his military career, Wade worked for Saab, Inc., further strengthening his organizational leadership skills.

Wade holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oregon State University, as well as a Master’s in Public Policy and an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School. He and his family fell in love with San Diego while stationed there during his Navy career and are proud to now call it home. Outside of work, Wade is a devoted family man and avid outdoorsman and waterman.
