Jason Sotelo

Jason Sotelo, a proud native of Garden Grove in Orange County, CA, brings years of diverse, hands-on experience in the construction and flooring industry. He started as a field installer at 16 for two years, where he was first introduced to Westcoat products and Systems. As his career progressed, Jason took on roles in project management, estimating, and project accounting, where he has developed a well-rounded perspective on both the trade and administrative sides of construction for several companies. He holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Accounting from California State University Long Beach.

Jason’s sales journey began in retail, but he truly sharpened his client relationship and leadership skills after entering the construction field. His well-balanced experience, combined with a can-do attitude and deep industry knowledge, equips him to contribute meaningfully to Westcoat’s success. Outside of work, Jason enjoys hiking, playing sports, watching movies, spending time with his church community, and especially enjoying a great meal!
