Meet and talk to our Pacific Northwest Rep, Rob Bechtel, at the SeaBEC Symposium. Rob is also the Vice President of the Board of Directors of this organization which purpose is to promote and encourage discussion training, education, technology transfer, the exchange of information about local issues and cases, relevant weather conditions, and all matters concerning building enclosures and the related science.
SeaBEC strives to better understand why building enclosures fail and how to better construct and maintain buildings in the Pacific Northwest.

High Tech / Low Tech: The Evolution of Building Enclosures

SeaBEC will host its third one-day symposium at the Seattle Art Museum. The theme of High Tech / Low Tech: The Evolution of Building Enclosures will explore a wide range of topics including new building enclosure technologies, biomimicry, kinetic architecture, and cold climate design. Six hours of AIA, RCI, and GBCI continuing education credits will be provided (pending approval).
