Joel Mirabella

Joel Mirabella grew up in Keizer, Oregon, and brings several years of hands-on and technical experience in the concrete coatings industry. He began his sales career in 2008 selling home improvement services and eventually transitioned into the coatings field. Joel spent two years as an applicator before most recently moving into a role as the concrete coatings and surface prep representative for Jon-Don. His blend of field experience and product knowledge equips him to offer practical, solution-oriented support to Westcoat customers.

Joel attended Portland Community College and brings a well-rounded perspective to his role, combining technical expertise with a strong background in customer service and sales. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, woodworking, and spending time with his family.
