Westcoat’s Grind & Seal System is a process of grinding interior concrete floors and applying a clear topcoat or sealer. Designed to be applied directly on existing concrete, Westcoat’s Grind & Seal System is a perfect way to revive and protect plain or old concrete.
The system provides a rustic and organic aesthetic while also being Low VOC with both Water-Based and Solvent Based sealer options. Soften the look with a flat sheen sealer option while holding on to the durability. This fast turnaround system is a great alternative to polished concrete and may contribute to LEED credits.
