Carolwood HOA gets the Elite Waterproofing Treatment

The existing between slab waterproofing was old and leaking into the parking garage below at the Carolwood HOA condominiums in West Hollywood, California.  

Architectural rep, Marc Di Zinno, worked closely with the consultant Engineering Design Group, (EDG) to specify Westcoat. REConstruction Experts was brought in to re-waterproof the walkways and pool deck with MACoat. The elevated plywood staircases and walkways were also leaking and showed signs of damage to the plywood.  

The existing system was removed down to the plywood for inspection, repairs were made as needed and the ALX system was installed on the stairs.
