A Better First Impression: Parking Lot Resurfacing

The entrance driveway at Pinnacle Peak in Kierland IV needed to complement the modern appearance of this six-story Scottsdale office property. Its existing bare concrete was exposed to regular tire traffic and intense Arizona sunlight, creating a need for a more attractive surface that would also be easier to maintain.
Westcoat rep, Curtis Lawson, worked with the project team to develop a concrete resurfacing specification suited to the property’s needs. Complete Roofing & Waterproofing, a Westcoat Qualified Contractor Applicator, prepared the existing concrete and installed a decorative overlay finished in Stone Gray. The surface was then sealed to provide additional protection against UV exposure and tire wear.
The completed driveway gives tenants and visitors a cleaner, more cohesive arrival experience while helping the property withstand daily use and Scottsdale’s demanding desert climate.
