Villa Riviera Condominiums

Villa Riviera is a historic, 16-story French Gothic building that was constructed in 1929 in Long Beach, CA. Installation company, 24-Hour Restoration installed two Westcoat systems needed to protect the residential balconies and their 12,000 square foot sun deck located above an expansive parking structure.
For superior waterproofing, Westcoat MACoat, a fiberlath-reinforced deck system was installed on the property’s private balconies and finished with Westcoat SC-10 Acrylic Topcoat in a custom color made to match the exterior of the building.
On the sun deck, Westcoat’s proprietary 11-10 system was chosen for its durability and easy-to-clean features. The 11-10 system is a two-component system that combines the strength and bonding ability of EC-11 Water-Based Epoxy with the durability and wear resistence of Westcoat SC-10 Acrylic Topcoat.
Both Westcoat systems provided refreshed surfaces that improved the appearance of this world-class, beach front property while also protecting it from moisture, rain and spills.
