Ocean View Condominium Pool Deck Is Breathtaking

Laguna Royale Condominiums in Laguna Beach California is a beautiful coastal community consisting of 78 ocean front condominiums, all enjoying a breathtaking oceanfront view. Several years ago their pool deck was in need of a decorative and protective overlay and they called on Westcoat for a solution to beautify the area. We turned to Empire Waterproofing who did the installation and the customers were satisfied.

Fast forward five years and Laguna Royale owner wanted to update all walkways and again they called on Westcoat trusting that we would get the job done right. Empire Waterproofing installed our Texture-Crete system but this time with a custom finish. The look was achieved by spraying TC-2 Smooth Texture Cement in several specially tinted colors and creating an orange peel textured finish. The final speckled look is reminiscent of the sand on the beach below.
