Broom Finish at Branham House Apartments

When the original decks and walkways at the Branham House Apartments started showing signs of dry rot and leaking, Silicon Valley Builders Group was called in. This two-story complex in San Jose, CA, was in need of a high-quality, durable and cost-effective waterproofing system. Having had long-term success with Westcoat’s ALX system, SVBG knew this was the right solution for this project.
Sebastian Sanchez of SVBG said, “Our customer had several issues with their decks and were looking for a complete replacement. We suggested using Westcoat’s ALX because over the past decade we have had zero defects.”
SVBG installed the ALX system in Concrete Gray with a broom finish. This achieved the look of a typical sidewalk that the management company was looking for. We’re sure the residents of Branham House are pretty happy with the outcome as well.
