Matt Molander

Matt joins Westcoat after more than 15 years of building one of Texas’s most respected waterproofing and decorative concrete contracting businesses. He founded M7 Solutions in 2009 with his wife Tess, growing it from a two-person operation into a multi-generational family company serving the Austin, Houston, and Dallas-Fort Worth markets. With M7 now in the hands of the next generation of Molanders, Matt is bringing his applicator’s perspective to the manufacturer side.

Over his career, Matt has installed and overseen Westcoat systems across thousands of balconies, garages, pool decks, and commercial floors. That hands-on experience and field spec and tech sheet knowledge are what he brings to architects, contractors, and distributors in his role here at Westcoat.

When not at work, Matt spends his free time with his family, as well as goes golfing and auto-racing.
