Territory Sales Representative
Westcoat is seeking a highly motivated, driven sales professional to develop new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships in our Northern California territory. Our customers have repeat sales and are long-term relationships. This is an established territory with many opportunities to grow sales.
Westcoat is a leading manufacture of decorative coatings for the construction industry. We have been supplying products and systems to our customers for 29 years. Our systems include decorative waterproof deck coatings, epoxy floor coatings for both industrial and decorative applications, concrete stains and sealers, and acrylic cement concrete resurfacing treatments. We are based in San Diego, CA and sell our products through a network of distributors across the US. We believe our success is propelled by our team of people who make it happen.
We are looking for an individual with strong business development acumen. Applicants should have B2B and person-to-person field sales experience. You will be selling or presenting to contractors, architects and specifiers, and building owner’s. You will work closely with our distributor network. Some overnight travel will be required.

Qualified background will include:
- Minimum of 3 years of selling experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
