The first 2 photos are of Canterbury Court Senior Apartments in Chula Vista, where Brian’s crew installed ALX and MACoat over approximately 15,000 square feet of wood decking and concrete walkways.

The following 3 photos are of Waterford Terrace in La Mesa. ProMark installed ALX on the rooftop observation deck (3400 sq’)as well as on the lower mechanical roof deck (2600 sq’). The texture was shot out of a hopper to create an orange peel finish. They also installed ALX system on every resident balcony deck as well as all elevated walkways. (55 total).

The last 2 photos are from Deer Park Retirement Residence in Novato. Here they installed ALX onto a walkway bridge and an interior resident balcony deck.
