This Hot Job is brought to us from Christiaan Zaayer of Quality Sealants, Inc who are based out of Escondido, CA. The owners of this private residence were looking to enhance the look of their billards room and Christiaan knew exactly what to do.
This project features our Texture-Crete Interior System. After the floor had been properly prepped and primed, Christiaan and his team applied TC-4 Fine Texture Cement. The surface was colored using our SC-30 Acid Stain and was seal with our SC-65 Water-Based Polyurethane Sealer and SC-66 Satin Water-Based Polyurethane Sealer. A decorative tile pattern was cut into the floor and filled with a light gray grout, for an added touch of elegance.
