It is our utmost pleasure to introduce our new National Sales Manager, Eric Nelson. 

Eric’s Experience

He started his professional career as a Development Director for the American Cancer Society before moving to hotel sales and later, construction sales. Eric has 30-plus years of knowledge in commercial and residential construction. He has worked on some of the most prominent manufacturing and product lines, including but not limited to: pressure sensitive adhesives, passive fire containment materials and systems, below-grade waterproofing membranes, air barriers (WRB), antimicrobial coatings, and the distribution of building envelope and waterproofing materials.

Experience He Will Bring to Westcoat

Eric is very skilled in identifying and implementing regional and territory sales strategies, which have successfully taken businesses to the next level. Eric has a strong background in waterproofing and architectural sales which is crucial for Westcoat’s growth. His most recent role as a Regional Sales Manager for a prominent waterproofing distributor gave him the perspective of the complete building envelope.

Eric’s Background and Extra-Curricular Activities

Eric grew up in Solvang, CA and lived in Southern California for most of his adult life so far. He has been married to his lovely wife Janell for 32 years. They have 4 grown children that keep them busy. In their spare time, they love to play golf and travel together.
